This page explains every cookie and similar technology used on maison-dee.com: what it is called, who placed it, what it does, and how long it lasts. Similar technologies means local storage, session storage, device fingerprinting and anything of that kind. Danish law treats them the same way as cookies, so we do too.

The website is operated by DA DESIGN ApS, Piniehøj 17, 2960 Rungsted Kyst, Denmark, CVR / VAT DK45305481, trading as MAISON DEE. How we handle the personal data these technologies produce is described in our Privacy Policy.
When you first open maison-dee.com, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Declining is as easy as accepting: Decline and Accept sit side by side in the first layer of the banner, in the same size and weight, alongside a control for choosing categories one by one.
Two things happen before you choose:
1, Necessary cookies are set. These are the ones without which the site cannot be delivered or your own choice cannot be remembered. Danish law does not require consent for them.
2. Nothing else. No statistics, no analytics, no measurement of any kind, until you accept.
You choose per purpose. Accepting statistics does not commit you to anything else, and you can accept some categories and decline others.
Necessary. Required to protect the site from abuse and to record your cookie choice. Always active. No consent required.
Statistics. Count visits and show which pages are read, so that we can improve the site. This category also holds entries the Google measurement tag writes for features we do not use. Active only if you accept.
We use no marketing cookies, no advertising cookies and no social media tracking on this website. We do not share cookie data with advertising networks and we do not use it to build profiles.

Stays until you clear your browser storage
Local storage entries have no expiry date of their own. They sit in your browser until you or the website removes them. The section below explains how to remove them.
The Google measurement script is delivered from maison-dee.com rather than from Google’s own domain. This changes only where the file is downloaded from. The data it collects still goes to Google, exactly as described above.
You can withdraw your consent whenever you want, and it costs nothing.
On this site. Select Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. The banner reopens with your current choices and you can change them. The new choice takes effect immediately.
In your browser. You can also delete what is already stored. This clears both cookies and local storage.

We ask again once a year, so that your choice stays current. If you declined, we ask again after 14 days rather than showing you the banner on every visit.
Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics as our processor and passes data to Google LLC in the United States. Webflow, Inc. and Cloudflare, Inc. are established in the United States.
Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 recognises the EU-US Data Privacy Framework as providing adequate protection, and that decision is in force. Google LLC and Webflow, Inc. are certified under it. Cloudflare receives data as Webflow’s sub-processor, covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses in Webflow’s data processing agreement. Standard Contractual Clauses under Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914 also sit behind the Google transfers as a fallback. For a copy, write to contact@maison-dee.com.
Your cookie choice is stored only in your own browser. Nothing about it is sent to us or to anyone else.
Cookies on Danish websites are governed by the Danish cookie order, BEK nr. 1148 of 9 December 2011, which implements Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.
